Kolade grew up in Nigeria, where he experienced abuse from his father and lost his mother—the light of their home. He discovered his own faith through Christian TV, especially through Andrew Wommack’s teaching that God isn’t harsh, but loving, gracious, and full of purpose for our lives. After moving to Winnipeg, Manitoba, Kolade was amazed to learn that some of the same speakers he had watched in Nigeria were part of Springs Church in Winnipeg. As he began attending and pressing in, he began experiencing God’s living Word and all that comes with a relationship with Jesus!
